the parable of the hidden treasure

i'm consistently astounded with what I find while roaming MP3 blogs. there's a lot of the talk about labels and media powerhouses trying to commodify this space, if we're lucky it'll prove too big & too free to kill in that way? is it paradise when you can find and acquire rare (rare no more) - and high quality bootlegs this easily? i would argue it is.
